Attorney Sean O’Brien Wins $143,460.55 For Local Client
Snider & Horner, PLLC recently won a corporate lawsuit in Chancery Court. The Court awarded the plaintiff, represented by Attorney Sean O’Brien, compensatory damages of $143,460.55. The lawsuit alleged that a former business manager improperly locked the commercial tenant out of the business premises. As the commercial tenant, our client sought the compensatory damages owed to the company.
After lengthy litigation, the Court found that the former business manager was liable for all damages and that all our client’s claims were true. Ultimately, the Court sided with Mr. O’Brien and his client and entered a judgment for the business in the amount of $143,460.55 plus interest and court costs.
